Developed over seven years of working with clients from diverse backgrounds across five continents and four generations, this model addresses various personal and professional challenges.
The Perfect Coaching Model has helped individuals conquer their fear of public speaking, boost their self-confidence, develop self-discipline, and evolve into exceptional leaders. Every coaching model offers something unique, but the Perfect Coaching Model takes this uniqueness and combines it into a complete and workable coaching framework. The Perfect Coaching Model encompasses six steps that will help your clients create their most desired lives.

Evaluation
The most effective way to know where we want to go and how to get there is to first assess our current reality. Where am I now? How did I end up here? These are some questions that everyone who wants to change their lives for the better should ponder before anything else.
By evaluating our present situation, we gain a clearer understanding of our strengths, weaknesses, and the challenges we face. This self-assessment provides a foundation for setting realistic and achievable goals. It also helps identify patterns and behaviors that may need to be altered to facilitate growth and progress. Reflecting on experiences and achievements allows us to recognize what has worked well and what hasn’t, informing our future strategies.
Regular evaluation ensures that we stay aligned with our objectives, adapt to changing circumstances, and continually refine our approach to personal development. This ongoing process of reflection and adjustment is crucial for sustaining long-term success and fulfillment.

| Where am I? | Honesty | 7 to 14 days | Introspection Soul-searching | |

Idealization
After evaluating their current situation, the client should transition to the idealization phase. This is the stage where the client is mentally designing their desired creation. This stage is a realm of limitless possibilities, free from barriers, norms, and conformity. Without a clear visualization of the end goal, clients will struggle to persist when faced with challenges.
| Questioning | Mindset | Tools | Duration | Process |
| How do you see yourself? | Open-mindedness | Feedback Loop | Up to 30 days | Visualization |
| Can you make a clear mental picture of your desired state? | Curious/ imaginative/ | Habit change | Meditation/ breath control/self-induced loneliness/ walk in nature/ rise early | |
| Transition to Action | Decisive/Ready to face the challenges | Drawing, picture, belief, PAW | ||
Action
Here, the client gets down to business. They take tangible action toward the goals they envisioned in the previous stage. They gain the skills to formulate goals and develop the discipline to work towards them consistently. Clients are encouraged to create a detailed action plan that breaks larger objectives into manageable tasks. They establish routines and habits that support their progress, ensuring they stay on track even when faced with obstacles.
This stage is about transforming intentions into measurable outcomes, reinforcing the commitment to their aspirations, and celebrating small victories along the way to maintain motivation and momentum. By consistently taking steps forward, clients build confidence in their abilities and move closer to achieving their ultimate goals.
| Questioning | Mindset | Tools | Duration | Process |
| What exactly? Small milestone | Disciplined | Goal-setting-STUPID | Up to a month | |
| How? When? | Consistency/ Giving up is not an option | Habit change/Feedback loop/time budgeting/scheduling | Feeling | |

Result
Have I accomplished my desired goals? In setting goals, the client needs to be aware of the results they are getting. In the case of unmet goals, they revert to the evaluation stage. The coach must guide them in understanding what prevented them from reaching their goals. They need to know whether to continue or proceed with a certain goal-setting endeavor.
Celebration

This is a crucial step that most coaches ignore. Unfortunately, this is a huge mistake not to get the client to reward themselves for a job well done. When we celebrate our success, we are more likely to carry on with other goals.
Maintenance
The process doesn’t end here! This is where the client takes charge of their learning. They should not depend on a coach. At this level, they possess the necessary skills to address their inquiries. Clients need to put into practice the techniques and strategies they learned during their coaching sessions. They should set regular self-assessments to track their progress and make adjustments as needed.
By maintaining a proactive attitude toward their growth, they can ensure long-term success and resilience in the face of new challenges. This stage is about fostering a mindset of continuous improvement and self-reliance, empowering clients to thrive independently.
| Questioning | Mindset | Tools | Duration | Process |
| Why and how did you get better? | Self-awareness | Up to 30 days | ||
| Why and how did you get better? | Self-awareness | |||
| How can we use these techniques in the future? | Constant improvement or kaizen |
