It’s easy to work on our goals when everything is going our way. But when failure strikes, staying motivated becomes a Grand-Canyon size challenge. To reap the benefits of disappointments, remind yourself that failure is neither pervasive, personal, nor permanent. Failing at one endeavor doesn’t mean you’ll fail at everything. Temporary setbacks are part of life and they affect everyone. You may be familiar with these pearls of wisdom, but it’s sometimes more reassuring to hear them from someone else. This is a great reminder to accept challenges as the actual practice and not just be happy with the plans I set out to do. Like you said, it’s easy to follow our plans when everything’s going our way. Anyway, thanks for this post!
